They refuse to take responsibility or fix the issue they caused due to their error!!!! All I asked was they replace the under carriage at no charge to me since it was broken due to their error!!! Literally happened within hours of the oil change!!! I've now had to contact corporate because the manager does not know how to treat his customers fairly and with respect.
