Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. From the moment I walked in, this place was completely unprofessional. The owner was actively yelling and cussing at other customers while I was there, which should've been my first sign to leave. It only got worse. After waiting over 4 months for a MacBook screen repair (dropped off around December 19-22), I finally got it back--only to be told that he installed a cracked screen because we supposedly "rushed him." That's not an excuse, that's just unacceptable. Between the disrespectful behavior, lack of accountability, and ridiculously long turnaround time, this place should not be in business. after 5 weeks making excuses my cell phone was not repaired, when i picked it up they would not give even a partial refund of my $100, when i took it to a reliable repair shop he discovered missing pieces , pieces of some one elses phone, the battery was missing, and they had charged me for an incorrect cheap, knock off screen. the nice person who fixed it had it done in 3 days, it would have been done immediatley but he had to order the missing pieces that mr.ts had lost. don't waste your time or money. read more
