The owner was actively yelling and cussing at other customers while I was there, which should've been my first sign to leave. It only got worse. After waiting over 4 months for a MacBook screen repair (dropped off around December 19-22), I finally got it back--only to be told that he installed a cracked screen because we supposedly "rushed him." That's not an excuse, that's just unacceptable. Between the disrespectful behavior, lack of accountability, and ridiculously long turnaround time, this place should not be in business.
