The service is second to none - speedy without compromising the quality of the food - everything is always cooked well and I have never suffered a slightly dodgy tummy after eating here. There is a 50p charge if you pay for your food by debit or credit card but you get free garlic bread if you spend a tenner or more. You can place an order for delivery and I have never had to wait more than the stated time - usually I wait about 30 minutes but the maximum was 45 mins on a weekend. There is a good selection of food to choose from - kebabs, lots of burgers, various pizzas which you can change to your liking - and more. The prices are very reasonable and there are many offers around if you goo in person and collect. Staff here are friendly and easy to understand - my only fault with them is that they are quite heavy handed with the sauces so be sure to say just a little mayo etc when ordering. Well worth it

Now, we aren't idiots. And this 'manager' clearly thought we were. Thereafter he became aggressive and rude and started speaking to us like we were uneducated cretin. He absolutely refused to give his name and started shouting down the phone culminating in an eventual slamming down of the phone down. Now I'm no expert, but I think if you pay for food, you should get what you pay for.
