When it rains it pours!!!! I was having one of those days where everything seemed to be going wrong!!! first my car, than my cell phone, and of course next a pipe in my basement sprung a leak!!! I found these guys online, saw they were local which I like, so i decided to make phone call, I was very happy they answered right away! I explained the problem along with all my other problems that day. They were extremely polite and made me feel so much better, they sent a plumber right out, He arrived on time, I took him to where pipe was leaking, he explained in detail why it most likely happened and most importantly he had a solution to fix the problem, he gave me a very reasonable price, when he started work he was clean from start to finish. I had Mr. Twister Plumbing come out to my house for a drain thats been slow for years and finally had clogged up on me. I was draw into calling them by there name Mr. Twister i thought that was clever! When i called i got someone on the phone right away he told me he would send someone out right away to come take a look at this job. They were prompt and quick to give me the solution to fix my plumbing emergency. I was giving a quote in person right on the spot, and most importantly the quote was very reasonable. My mother and I recently retained this company's services with regard to a faucet installation. The team of two that arrived were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite a minor disaster that occurred while one of the plumbers was working beneath our sink, (the water had yet to be shut off, and hence, this poor guy was blasted with a steady stream of water), he maintained his professional composure, and the entire installation was performed with the necessary parts on-hand in less than an hour. The team's friendliness and competency was a huge factor in our experience with utilizing them as our plumbers. The only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't know about these guys sooner. Being in property management, I need subcontractors I can count on. These guys are responsive, good at what they do, good communicators and get the job done! I recently had a big job that required immediate attention and was very involved. Within the hour, there were 4 guys on site working up a storm! They all worked until the job was done, which happened to be midnight. They clean up after themselves!!! I know that seems like no big deal, but not all plumbers do! Highly recommend!!! read more

They came out to repair a backed up problem. Very professional, up front with pricing and work to be done. Fair pricing, and they worked their butts off the get it fixed. I loved these guys. Very warm and friendly and determined to get it fixed. Jason and jay were amazing! They did an an awesome job. Would highly recommend this company. I have used Mr Twister twice now. Each time thinking I needed a new well pump. Each time it turned out to be a simple fix and Mr Twister was more than happy to complete. They talk with me throughout the entire process so I learn more about my system and are very professional.
