We used Palmiero Plumbing on two occasions. At first Joe was very responsive and came out to the house to fix the problem quickly. The bill was more than we had anticipated and more than we had paid other plumbers for similar work in the past, but the quality of the work was good. We paid for the work on the day the work was finished. We later had another plumbing problem in the barn. This time Joe was slower to respond and missed coming out as promised a few times without calling to let us know. We then discovered that the automatic waterers no longer worked after Joe had repaired the other problem in the barn. We then called Joe again. He promised to come out many times, but each time he has missed the appointment and didn'teven have the courtesy to call. We have now been hauling water for two horses by hand for three weeks, and it's getting old! We now must find another plumber tofixthe problem in the next two weeks before we go on vacation so the horsesitter doesn't have to haul heavy water buckets. Bottom line... work is good but expensive and communication is virtually nil. read more

Look no further when looking for a honest and reputable company! Called Joe with an emergency on a Friday afternoon. Joe helped walk through emergency procedure to shut off unit via FaceTime which allowed me to then call our home warranty company for next steps. Long story short, Joe knew we would have a different competing company dispatched to us and would likely not get the job, but still took time to check in via text later to make sure we were ok. During the course of weekend dealt with awful warranty customer service, shotty competing provider whom couldn't get us up and running for 3-5 days (plus the weekend we already waited) only to turn around and call Joe back Monday morning. He went above and beyond to complete the job with honesty, integrity, and expertise. My kitchen faucet died and the shut off valves under the sink did not work properly. Left us with a soggy mess under the sink and water leaking down to the basement. We were required to get a lateral sewer inspection by our township. Palmerio Plumbing gave us a 2nd opinion after we were told by the first company our sewer line was broken or sagging and it would be a $10,500 repair. With Palmerio, we watched the live video feed which showed our line was NOT in fact broken, but clear and fine. It passed inspection, and saved us from a false, over $10,000 repair. He was equipped with a mask and kept his distance the whole time. He cleared the pipes and apparently it was an easier solution so he didn't even charge us but we gave him a nice lil tip anyway.
