I watched 4 of them using blowers huddled together. They also seem not to care that more cars are in the parking spaces. They were blowing twigs and dirt rocks right at parked cars. My window were open and they were using the blower right next to my window. I was sitting on my patio and one man came walking right across my patio area with no mask and within 3 feet of me.
