I tried this place 3 times before writing the review. First time, was fresh made and absolutely amazingly delicious. I am talking about the orange chicken and spicy orange chicken. It was hot, fresh and had a crunch to it, that I love. Rice and chowmein are not my thing, but it was good. Second time, food was not as fresh and had no crunch was more soggy. It was still good, just not the super great! Third time, no bueno! Not fresh and all soggy. This is why it is so hard to eat Chinese other than Panda Express, because there is no consistency with the fod quality. I am not sure if I wil go back. As for the service it was okay, no complaints. I always come here for a quick Chinese fix. The portions are huge for the price and the food's consistently excellent. I love the spicy orange chicken, fried rice, pepper beef and egg rolls. The customer service has definitely improved from the last year and everyone's super friendly and accommodating. Always clean and welcoming here. The TV here is always on to some sports channel, which is nice to watch for a distraction. I love it! read more

I have gone to this place for years and have always enjoyed it but, the last few times it was just not very good. The food was so bland. And the noodles, which are always my favorite, were super dry and flavorless. The beef was hard and chewy and the teriyaki chicken tasted like it was a little old. Hopefully it gets worked out because I used to love it and I'd like to be able to start going back. read more

You know normally I only share positive reviews.... but today I am extremely exhausted and normally my kids and I love going to this place but it seems the employees have changed and dont know how to smile. Extremely disappointed with today's customer service.. lady was some want non shalant rude. AND I point blank asked if she knew how to smile because that's how un welcomed I felt as a customer here today.. she barrly looked at us, and her tone of voice wasnt friendly, even beforr my kid decided to open up the little frigerator to look for a drink... as I was telling him to close it the lady had to pretty much say the same thing as if I weren't already trying to resolve that a good parent would do. This is my second time back here and that line took FOREVER. The line had two people getting food & ringing it up. it's dinner time you'd think they'd have more people working for the rush, guess not. There were only 4 people ahead of me & I waited in line for 30 minutes before I got to the front to pick what food I wanted, not kidding you. Once I was at the front the lady was extremely rude. When I asked to sample orange chicken & spicy orange chicken she put both on the same stick &I had to pretty much grab the chicken itself because she wouldn't make room for me to grab it. As I was eating the sample (took a few seconds for me to decide what I wanted) she ran to the kitchen and started washing dishes (didn't see no soap being used) & threw two of the wet tongs that was sitting in dirty water with other dirty dishes in it into the two orange chicken trays to use to service to people & Didn't sanitize the tongs. She also didn't wash her hands after coming back from doing the dirty dishes. When she was bagging the food I asked for a lot of soy sauce (at least 5) and she said okay & when I got home there was only two. We ordered two meals & received only one fork. Also the food was cold. I was nice & polite to the women the whole time. I just don't get how customer service is that hard. That's just not cool dude, Idk how they passed a inspection test. read more

I went to Mr. You 10/29/14 about 8pm had a bad experience with the servers. One of them I'm assuming to be the owner or the boss because of her aggressive demeanor had poor customer service, barley smiled, as my 9 & 10yr old kids were ordering she was rushing them asking how many items, I was interested in chicken that looked spicy & ask if I can sample it, she bluntly/rudely said no! because that would be considered part of an item but she can let me sample the sauce. Sadly she treated my family and I as if we were begging for the food instead of paying for it. The other server, as I was trying to order with her, told me that I had to wait for the 1st rude server to help me. I asked why? and she looked lost!. As I was still standing there, a white couple walked in & the server ask them what would they like to order. I then told her I was here 1st & was trying to order with you. The couple agreed & after they told her that was rude along with saying other things to her about her actions , they insisted that they will wait and that she can take my order. At that point I was fed up & told them it was fine & i will go next door to Subway. That was my 2nd time there. I went back there because my 1st experience with different servers was a good one. They were friendly, welcoming & the food was good. But although the food is good because of the poor customer service that my family & I received I let servers know my family and I will never go back to that place. The 1sr server gave facial expression as if she didn't' care & the 2nd server at least apologized. Soggy rice and chow mein. Let me ask you something If you are a business owner wouldn't you want not only the inside of your establishment to be clean but the outside as well ? Any way back to the food. Overall just bland all tasted the same. Will not be back. Also the address on yelp is incorrect. When I went here and the server started was serving me and once she finished I notice that she was trying to throw a piece of chow main back in the tray. At first she was touching the chow main with her finger with no gloves on trying to thrown it back in the tray but instead she decided to grab it with her hand and throw it in the tray instead of throwing it in the trash . They were recommended by a friend who said they were a great value. Man, she was not kidding. Got the $27 family meal for our family of 4 and we had left overs for days. The girl behind the counter was friendly and the food was good. Way better than that Panda Express junk we've been getting. Have not been to any of the other ones, but the one on Florida and San Jacinto is a good buy. read more

My favorite chinese place ever ! Would pick this over panda any day! I drive from murrieta just for this place it's soo bomb & they literally give you so much food the tray can't even close . I'm a truck driver so I'm very picky about my food I have a big problem when my food is cold.. The food was ok but they gave me hell over my wontons.. Before I even bought them I asked if they are fresh she said yes.. I told her I don't want them if they are not fresh she said yes they are fresh . So I bite into the first one and it was cold and was not fresh .. I asked nicely if she can make me 2 more that are fresh she said no I even was nice and asked if she can just throw them in the microwave she said no ... My bf made a silly remark to the lady making our plate about not having enough beef in the beef and broccoli and she got super upset and started being really rude to us. I'm a waitress and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to us, I would be fired. She was super unprofessional. read more
