Good food, good service, and reasonably priced. Not a lot of ambience that's why I get takeout

We actually discovered this place during COVID when they had everything set up outside, and let me…read moretell you... they accommodated their customers so well. It was organized, safe, and still such a great experience. We have been coming back ever since. If you're wondering what keeps me coming back... First, the service is incredible. There is an older gentleman with salt and pepper hair who is always so professional and kind. He carries himself with such calm confidence and respect. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, but he truly stands out every single time. Second, the OPTIONS. The spread here is amazing. From sauces to fresh vegetables, noodles, seafood, fruit, and dessert, there is something for everyone. And can we talk about the watermelon? For some reason, it is always perfectly sweet. Every single time. I am a huge shrimp lover, so being able to make my own shrimp in the hot pot is a dream. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked exactly how I like it. It is such a fun experience. Pro tip: Here is the sauce combo I put together and it is chef's kiss. In a bowl add jalapeños, cucumbers, hot chili, chili oil, sesame oil, and ponzu sauce. Then top it with fresh cilantro. It is so fresh, spicy, tangy, and delicious. You will thank me later. If you are looking for a place that is comfortable, not overwhelmingly crowded, and consistently delivers great food and service, this is the place to go. We have been loyal ever since we found it, and it never disappoints.

Quite Frankly it's unbeatable if you do a dollar to food quality to variety ratio. So I went with a Tom Yum base. Figured all the blue crabs and shrimp and shrooms would make a deep Umami base for the soup. Correcto! Had a blast sipping the soup towards the end. They had great kimchi here, the hot pot content bar was very atypical of a Malatang place. Cuts of beef were ok, lamb ok. I mean, if you weren't lazy you could pull off the same thing at home, nothing fascinating. 'specially after patronizing Temple City's Migaya Wagyu Shabu Shabu House.....two totally different worlds you can actually taste. The Indonesian Hospitality here was excellent. Servers take extra effort to treat you like a house guest. And guess the highlight is the ice cream cup at the end. Overall, id say this place is better priced at 10% off.

I dont like tasty pot in general. This place looks big on the outside but its kind of small in the inside. I love yin tang and ziangliang mala tang and places of the likes bc its 14$ a pound and you choose what you want inside. Today I ordered the stinky tofu soup, which was BTW very delicious. Its an excellent broth. I chose the flame spicy and there was no spice but that's sort of expected bc the demographics in temecula cant handle ANY spice, even tiniest bit. This soup was very rich and flavorful, but what I was disappointed in was there was 0 intestines. I only ordered this bowl bc it had intestines. I showed my server I had 0 as I was sifting through my soup. I asked him if he can get me a bowl of intestines a d if he can't, ill pay for the extra charge. This was the only reason why I ordered this dish! Its just sad it had none. This is why they get 3 stars. I like the cabbage substitute bc I dont eat noodles or rice. Everything else in the soup was OK. I also got beef sticks. It had 0 flavor. I think even this demographic would agree. Maybe today I got a bad batch? Again, im not a big fan of tasty pot and its overpriced food, but i shall say this is the best tasty pot I've had. Ill come again to try other things. I want to add i loved the tofu paste sauce they had with chili oil and soy sauce on the middle of the table. The soy sauce was really funky however.

Flavor was really good, meat was a lil thicker and tougher than I would like; however, everything else was as good as I know it to be. Service was really quick with people being super nice and quick. This gave us 1 lobster tale to split. Little disappointing as it says 1 tail per meal. The shrimp was great. The scallops were the absolute worst. Tasted like old milk. Really gross! The hotpot flavors were awesome! Our server Shannon I believe was her name was amazing!!! She should get a raise! The decor is really cool. Instead of corn napkin holders all over I'd done different veggies or products to go into your hotpot. Thank you for the experience.

All these influencers overhyped this place. If only I could rate with ZERO STARS I would. They were understaffed for a Friday night, I felt bad for Terry who had to cover the front desk and be our server. Thank you for the complimentary Wagyu. To the other male server, help out your team member instead of just catering to your tables only. You could see that you guys are understaffed. Be more efficient. Everyone, pllease save your time and money and go to another hotpot location. Note to the owners: please invest in your staff, your place looks overly decorated for what it is. Poor management.
