Anyway, will have to try it as it looked pretty good. They also have the lottery here too along with the scratch offs which I get sometimes. They could be more friendly at customer service though. I walked up to the counter to pay for my coffee and the manager type person said nothing just looks at me. She could have spoke to me and stated that I will be taken care of. Definitely encountered some "questionable " characters begging for money.......Eventually, the staff informed the peddler that she was going to call the cops. Ha! Ok, so yes this is a gas station review, but it's not just a normal review for a gas station…read more Is there something special about the location of this gas station, no, not really. Just as convenient as the other two gas stations that are located at this exit (maybe more - but I saw two more). Is this super convenient if you are in anything other than a regular consumer vehicle? Not really, possibly a small moving truck, but start adding trailers, rv's or anything of length and I wouldn't really want to opt for any of the options available in this area. Did they have a throw back to the good ol' days and only charge $1.00 per gallon? Nope, that wasn't it either. So where does this start to swing towards a review higher than the standard gas station review of a 3 star? Well, we stopped for a quick fuel up and restroom break to discover that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning (bathrooms was actually one shared bathroom). When the worker overheard us he told us to ignore the signs and to please feel free to use them. Beyond that, he was exceptionally personable and talked with us while we grabbed a couple drinks and snacks. Bottom line, over the top customer service was well received and appreciated after a long day of travel and I would recommend this place to anyone.
