However, a claim was submitted to my insurance for $697 AND PAID but I still received an AUTOMATIC withdrawal of $258.... MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.... I attended this clinic for abscess care. There were no x-rays or labs done. I was at the clinic for approximately fifteen minutes. I informed the nurse of what my issue was. They charged $1062.76 for the service. They sent me a non-itemized bill with my portion to be for $512. The bill just listed medical services. I requested an itemized bill that was not itemized. I was told the consultation alone was over $300. The consultation consisted of me informing the nurse of my issue. Probably less than a minute. I did contact their billing but they were not any help. Unfortunately, their treatment proved worse than the issue and it ended up healing on it's own. However, the real disappointment was the care received and especially the amount they charged. I really regret going to this clinic and would really recommend going some other place.

I was taken back immediately and seen by a qualified doctor, who then gave me some great suggestions, did X-rays and prescribed pain medication and examined my back, which St Peter's did not even bother to do. Dr. Paula Colledge, at Riverwood was like: Omg....I have never felt a back like this! The muscles are like rocks! She was very concerned, and I was treated like a human being, whereas at St Peter's, I was not. I cannot thank this clinic enough, for taking me and my injury seriously, and doing something about it. Would this ever happen at St Peter's hospital or Clinic? Never. At least, not for me. The clinic is well run. However, after almost a year of chasing a hip/thigh pain and heel pain with ultrasound shot treatments and PT that I had to gently push for, I went to Missoula Bone and Joint to discover that the malady that had stopped me from hiking for nearly a year and created the need for a cane as well as 20 unwanted extra pounds was textbook bursitis. It took three injections to get it backed off because it had gone on so long and I've been able to get back to hiking. The heel issue was resolved with astym PT and exercises I do at home. Now I'm preparing for knee surgery, which I was very much discouraged to consider by my doc at this clinic. However, x-rays do not lie, a knee that won't bend is not fibbing either. Just as surgeons have a hammer that is shaped like a scalpel and therefore creates quite a confirmation bias, I think the cutting edge ultrasound treatments have become blinders for the practitioners at this clinic. If you go, and there are plenty of reasons to do that, remember that if you are not getting better, there are great folks to go to for second opinions. I so wish I had left sooner, because the consequences of my hope that they could help me left me less conditioned and facing other downstream issues from a lack of mobility. I don't need a comment from the owners, I sent an email several months ago. I wish them well, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services without a paragraph of caveats first. My wish is that they take a good hard look at what confirmation bias does in a medical practice. As my daughter observed, my experience cost me a year of health promoting activities and outdoor joy.

She cared about my time and comfort and went above and beyond. The urgent care itself I was seen quickly and efficiently. Staff was kind. I had to visit twice over the holidays and I would never want to have to recommend an urgent care, but Nurse Jen made it worth writing a review. Thank you!

I should have heeded the many warnings I was given and never rented from these people. They are…read morerude, impersonal, and a disgrace to the company. They have called my phone more than 12 times in a day to REMIND me of a payment due the next day. And heaven forbid you are late paying (even when you tell them you're going to be late) by a few days. That is when they start harassing your references you left when you signed up for the lease. They call your references, your work, and your personal phone over - and over - and OVER again. I didn't return one of their many phone calls one day (it was a Friday) and our payment was due the next day. So, they figured I was ignoring their call and decided to show up at my doorstep at 8:30 in the morning on a SATURDAY (the day our payment is due). They not only banged on my front door, but then the side of my house, and then our back door. I answered the last knock on the back door to inform them that I would call the police the next time they did that - they had woken up me, my husband, and our two small children. The next time we were late by a day or two on a payment, they called my phone over and over and over and over and over again, and left me voice-mails - enough to completely fill my voice-mail box. I had them make a note on my account what my work schedule was as well as my husbands work schedule so that they would only call when we weren't at work - which worked for a few. Then, they started calling as soon as they opened - 8:00 in the morning, even on Saturdays! They are constantly harassing us! Now, one of their lovely employees is messaging me on FACEBOOK to remind me of payments. Since when is that company policy? Is that not stalking? The last time they paid a visit to our home, we weren't home. But our neighbors saw them snooping around peeking in windows. We had left a light on, so they assumed we were "ducking out" and pretending we weren't home. We came home later that evening to find that our mudroom door was wide open, and the gate was open too. Our dog had been put in the kennel for god only knows how long. Is it their company policy to lock up peoples pets when the owners aren't home? Our dog was perfectly fine outside - he had food, water, and it was nice outside! How dare they! Needless to say I will NEVER be renting from them again!

This place is just as useless as the main hospital. I was treated like something worse than worst Leper, ever. The main so called 'care giver' who caused all of my problems and misery is named Charlene Lewis. I believe she got let go at St Peter's, and most likely for incompetence, and is now at Benefis in Helena. Keep your loved ones and especially your children away from this woman. She did everything in her power to ruin my life and nearly succeeded. St Peters is well aware of what happened, but chose to do nothing as usual. Talk about lawsuit waiting to happen! Everything about this clinic and hospital is negative. The people that work there only care about getting paid. That is all they are in it for. Otherwise, they are mostly all incompetent, which is why St Peter's has the reputation that it does. All departments are run terribly and there is absolutely no accountability for any of them. People here are extremely judgemental. If you have an earring as a male, you will be judged. If you have tattoos, you will be judged. If you happen to be born LGBTQ, you are really judged and also called nasty names. By doctors and nurses!!! It has happened to me and to many others, and I have witnesses to it, so it can be proven true. Do not bother going here for anything. They will not help you and will do everything to harm you instead. It is just the way they operate at this place. Char Lewis even called me at home one time, and screamed obscenities at me over the phone. I recorded it. St Peter's is well aware of what she did but chose to do nothing but let her go, I guess. I certainly got no apology for all the damage and worse that she and St Peters Hospital caused me and too many others. The reviews speak for themselves. This is absolutely the worst hospital and clinic in the USA. Be very careful if you go there or if you go to Benefis instead, be wary of getting Charlene Lewis for a 'care giver'.

I could not be happier with my service. Charlene took care…read moreof my needs and answered all my questions. I feel comfortable approaching her with any ongoing services I may need. She really went above and beyond to accommodate me for my set up. Sarah very professional and was great to work with. She remembered things about me and made it a point to talk about them during interactions to keep it personal.
