I have been using Mrs. AP Cleaning approaching a year now. I wanted to be ultra sure about the review and I'm happy to say they do a great a job for the overall value. I was in desperate need of help around my house because I do have chronic back pain I am being rehabilitated for. Their service price is based off of usage which makes sense as the more often the property is being cleaned the less effort they have to put in maintaining it. We use their bi-monthly service with a deep clean every quarter. Their standard services are great because unlike quotes I was getting from other maintenance services Mrs. AP services comes with moving furniture and vacuuming and cleaning underneath. They also wipe all surfaces removing decorative pieces to ensure a quality clean. Deep cleans are based off the amount of hours spent cleaning the property. They give you the base price and an estimate but they also let you know if they are going over and by how much to confirm you still want to continue services. It hasn't always been daisies and roses but anytime we had concerns they were immediately addressed and made right. If you let them know how you want something done they will do it. Again we mostly need help with strenuous activities like vacuuming and changing bedding and we are grateful Mrs. AP has been there during this time! read more

I was starting to think I would never find someone to help out while I was pregnant. I just needed a basic clean of kitchen, floors and bathroom and everyone prior disappointed. We had been using Mrs. AP cleaning on several occasions for quarterly cleanings. We had never had an issue until a service last summer where they completed the wrong kind of service and we were told we would have a credit for our next service. We decided to utlize that in December 2023. The cleaning was completed and we never recieved an invoice (as expected due to the credit). Then, several months go by and last week two indivuduals somehow managed to use a gate code (they were not authrozied to use) and showed up demanding payment for a service we did not pay. We have everything recorded on our security cameras and our gate cameras. They accused my husband and I of blowing them off and not paying for services rendered. I then followed up via email 2x before I received a response and the response was a threatening message about sending us over to collections and denying us having a credit. I've attached a copy of the email. We never had an issue with them before this instance, however, we will not be threatened or told that were simply disregarding a bill when we were not and have requested our phone requests from our phone provider to show our attempts. They claimed they will be taking us to collections and we will continue to fight. Please be cautious as they seemed great until there was a minor issue that they took to the extreme, showed up to our home, used a gate code they were not authorized to use, would not tell us their names and then proceeded to threaten us with collections. read more

It's like Christmas every time Mrs. AP Cleaning shows up! The scheduling is effortless and they are very responsive when working to get an estimate and time scheduled. Their payment options are easy and straightforward. I would recommend sticking with the packages. I added additional services onto a standard clean the first time, and ended up paying a little more than quoted for a deep clean. The crew came earlier than our appointment - but texted me first to see if that was fine. They cleaned our home "spotless" - everything was done to my perfection and actually above!!!
