Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill.
