Since when does the customer have to take time and money to fix someone else's mistake? The gal who sold us made a nice commission. These people should go into politics, screwing people for profit. Funny thing is, it is probably a $2 part from a hardware store. They would rather have bad reviews and word of mouth stories than actually have a satisfied customer. Also, the photos of the beds in your catalog are shown with deep mattresses and lots of bedding and pillows plopped against the headboard. What is not shown is this: When the extra plumped up pillows are removed, there is a large open space below the headboard and the mattress where a pillow easily slides out and onto the floor.
