I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. They used a completey different paint brand and the colors weren't right. They also obviously did not tape (there are wonky lines and areas where paint overlaps other colors) and there are flecks of paint on the toilet and flooring and other random places. This is the sort of quality you would expect from paying your friend's kid a few hundred bucks, not the work of a professional that cost thousands of dollars. Pretty disappointed. Edit: They responded with some pretty bold lies. I have email proof that I requested the paint brand that I requested. Also, anyone who tries to blame the wall for the bad paint job obviously isn't very good at their job. The paint lines overlap in places and the lines aren't straight at all--it is obvious they just eyeballed it without taping things properly. They originally said it would take six days to do, but they rushed it through in three because they double-booked themselves on another job. Every time people come over they comment about the wonky paint job and the paint flecks everywhere. None of these problems should ever exist at the price point they are charging. Professionals get things done properly; they don't provide a list of excuses. Be prepared to babysit them and check every step of their work if you do hire them or else who knows what you will end up with.

I had 2 different types of flooring installed in my home which actually met each other, going into…read morethe front room (pictured) and heading down the hallway towards the kitchen. After several "Hardwood floor pro's" from different companies came out to bid our job they all pretty much had the same response: You have 2 kinds of wood, Oak and Birch.... No matter what we do you WILL see a difference, even if they are all sanded and stained together. My thought was that if they were sanded and stained together they would look identical or at least similar. This was actually a much more difficult task than I anticipated. After speaking with Rob from PHS, he assured me that he would use a special kind of non penatrating stain that would do the trick and make them look almost identical. His confidence and knowledge was reassuring, especially after speaking with other "know it all" contractors. I received 6 estimates, ranging from 2300-6500 for roughly 700sq ft. Robs estimate was the 2nd or third cheapest option so needless to say they hit a home run with us!! Thanks to Rob and PHS for sanding and staining the 2 different types of flooring in my home and making them all match and look awesome!
