The selection process was super easy, I basically just relayed what I was looking for (quality and budget) and within 5 minutes was shown a variety of options and selected my favorite. I was asked to make an appointment per state regulations, which I didn't mind at all. My only concerns were that at no time during the entire process did a single employee (store staff and install crew) wear a mask. Also, beyond the initial requirement for the appointment to come in and pick out the carpet, there was no mention of, or evidence of, precautions taken to ensure the health and safety of the employees or customers in regards to COVID. I felt comfortable enough with the steps that I was personally taking to ensure my families health that I didn't push the issue. However, if you or a family member have health complications that put you at higher risk, it might be something that you'd want to consider when choosing who you'll go with. The other concern was with the install. We had to call and ask that they come back and stretch the carpet along one wall because there was about a 1/4" gap between the edge of the carpet and the base molding. They came back the next morning and fixed it no problem, but it would have been nice to have had it done correctly the first time.

I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so.
