She asked when I would need it by, and--okay, I recognize that I was asking too much by needing it in less than a week, but it's something relatively simple that I was considering doing myself (which I will clearly be doing now) and she didn't even let me get out an apology before hanging up. We had to add a couple appointments in because I gained some weight, and she had to let the dress back out again. I was a bit worried, but she assured me it'd all be okay. And it was!
