We received a surprisingly, reasonable quote on Monday and they were at our door four days later (Friday), worked professionally for several hours and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves; their services included pruning a couple of oak trees, removing a couple of dead trees (pine & oak), and made sure that we were in compliance with city wildfire abatement guidelines by trimming a couple of juniper and birch trees away from the house structure. M.S Tree Service provided a reasonable and timely quote, is fully insured, they coordinated with city to clear the job, and worked with PG&E to flag any underground gas/power lines, etc. M.S. Tree arrived on time the day of the job, took all necessary safety precautions (I'm on a busy road), and proceeded to expertly remove the tree and trunk, even having a drone for guidance, and a "spotter" at my neighbor's property to ensure no harm occured during this major job. After our initial inquiry, Santiago came by within one day to inspect the job (removal of a Douglas fir and Cherry tree, and pruning dead branches from our Zelkova and Sequoia trees).
