On time, clean all the leaves/tree branches and took their time to make sure that my tree was pruned and trimmed to impress. 5 stars all the way! Left a message and Caesar called me right away and scheduled an appointment the following day to give me a bid. He showed up on time and walked me through the different options with pricing. It's always comforting when you don't feel pressured but educated on options. He provided the link to find his license and I also checked Yelp to see he had the verified license badge. I scheduled the service to take out one 60 foot tree and to trim back another large one (both in my front yard). The day of his whole crew showed up (again on time) & I found out it's a family company. It was really nice to see Caesar, his dad, brother, etc all working together. We had a huge project. We needed 14 125 foot Eucalyptus trees trimmed. Luckily, I saw the job that they did removing a giant pine tree at a neighbor's house. This is a great company from start to finish, their name tells it all. They pruned my apple tree for maximum fruiting (knowledge I didn't see in other companies which came out to the house) and cut back a very overgrown mock orange. The work crew was very professional, polite, and did a beautiful job. The job site was cleaned up and all trash removed.
