It is conveniently located; has a great selection; great hours; et cetera. But what makes me actually enjoy my trips to the shop are the owners. Both young but incredibly knowledgeable about this market and VERY business-savvy. They make suggestions if I'm unsure; make sure I'm happy with my purchases....and they're just REALLY cool dudes. This WAS a awesome place to shop for a variety of great beers, but the new owners have tanked the place! Miller life cases are 5-10$more than any other places nearby. In most cases they on,y have ONE six pack of a micro style beer...and the price is highway robbery at best I should have known walking in at 5 pm and seeing NO other customers was a bad sign. BUT they do have 5-6 staff standing around doing nothing. But the staff did go to work on a customer refusing to wear a mask and being disrespectful and rude to him. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and kind. That said, during a recent visit (today) I noticed a few of the staff members not caring enough about the mask policy. Allowing the mask below the nose and having it half on. I respect everyone's right to feel however they want but it didn't make me feel very safe. I regularly go out of my way to support this local shop but I will unfortunately be shopping online until this Covid-19 stuff passes. They did have hand sanitizer ready for those that use it. Again, this is a great store and I recommend it to those that do not think that masks are important. Hopefully, I get to shop at my local store again very soon.
