The little atmosphere and the associates good respect for each other and their customers. I've also had the experience to get to know each of them a little enough to learn their bond with each other and their pride of the town and local roots. To the owner. You definitely should not greet a customer who just walks in your business with calling them "Bud". "Sir" is the proper way to greet a customer if you'd like them to return. Also, beyond the disrespect from the owner, the products are overpriced. I was able to purchase the same product I was interested in purchasing in the first place for $10 cheaper right down the street haha.
