They also had some nice dioramas. Stopped in to kill some time and learned a little about the local Texas history. Beautiful museum with well curated exhibits. The rotating art is always so interesting. love to…read morelearn about new artists. stopped at the Orbit Cafe on our way in the museum and got a coffee recommended by the barista. super delicious. was a little disgruntled when we couldn't walk around the museum with it. We did however have issues with the placement of benches in the museum. When we drank our coffee we sat facing a window that had a huge rectangle in our line of sight. Another bench had a plaque on it to show maybe dedicated or donated to the museum, was in a dimly lit hallway. One final bench, was placed too closely to art. You can sit and relax on it and hit your head on fine art. Other than the coffee and the misplaced benches, this museum is delightful. The updates they've done are beautiful and I love coming to see the new exhibits.
