Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.

I am a disabled veteran and I am having separation anxiety. I use this car for business and pleasure. My car is rotting sitting in the same spot for months. Today is 8.28.23. John, the estimator, actually said, "I am very busy." There was no need to ask for a manager, the manager was standing RIGHT best to us! Never said a word to me. Well, CarStar, so am I.
