Best body shop in town! Recently, i damaged my 8 year old Toyota Rav4. I got 2 estimates from 2 different body shops. I chose Eastside because I have dealt with them for over 15 years and they have always done excellent work. They matched my paint perfectly. Can concur about the rudeness of the help there. I wanted a simple exterior mirror replacement which I could likely do myself, but am willing to pay for. The appraiser acted like I was putting him out and then said that the mirror would require "calibration" which could cost $500, but he wouldn't know until the shop did the work. I looked it up in AI while waiting for him to "grab a cup of coffee" and there's no calibration required - it's just a one-piece module that bolts on to the door. I walked out. read more

2019 Volvo XC90. Minor damage right front with headlamp replacement. Pointed out grill was not centered after accident. Vehicle was repaired, paint looked good, but grill was still not centered when we went to pick it up. 2nd attempt to pick it up they centered the grill but then the right bumper end did not meet fender correctly. 3rd attempt the headlight was not even with the left side. Gave up drove vehicle home and aimed headlight myself. The radio station had been changed and climate control set to max a/c. These items should not be messed with during a repair. read more

I did not have any issue with them. Took my wrecked Toyota Tundra to Beechmont Toyota and they directed me back to them as they do all their body work. The man I dealt with was very nice, kept me in the loop with prompt replies to my emails with questions and even got me out of the nasty rental car I had to get and put me in a new hybrid loaner car of theirs until my truck was done. They did really nice work and even detailed and cleaned it up before I picked it up. read more
