I was experiencing pain in my lower back and glutes, along with some tension in my right shoulder--mostly from sitting at a desk all day. Before we began, she took the time to talk through the issues I was having and explained how the muscles connect and interact so I could better understand what was going on. After the massage, she gave me helpful preventative tips, stretching exercises, and even sent me home with a tennis ball, showing me how to use it against a wall to relieve tension.
