My method/style, and flow will change depending on the clients needs and wishes for each session. I have found over the years of practicing that a blend tends to work best to provide a full and well-rounded experience with lasting results, although, if you would prefer a certain modality I can accommodate your wishes. As each person is unique, so do I feel that each session should be unique. Modalities I pull from are: Shiatsu,Tui-Na, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Orthopedic ,& Passive Joint Movement. Sessions can range from a flowing Esalen style to a more aggressive Deep/ Sports style massage depending upon what's needed and wanted. I have a Space in Berkeley to see clients and do outcall. Outcall is available in Mount Shasta/ Lake Shastina. Outcall/home appointments available w/ a minimum $10.00 outcall fee. Rates are slightly less up North as I get established. Please call/text for more info. You can also find me at Stewart Mineral Springs, their rates apply. 1 Hr.-$105 1 1/2 Hr.-$145

I sent this email to Sacred Mountain Spa a week ago and have not heard back. I would like to…read morediscuss my experience from last month with them but haven't been able to reach them. I've had great experiences in the past which makes me sad that this was my most recent experience. Dear Sacred Mountain Spa Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to share my experience from the massage service I received on March 21. I want to be upfront that I have gone back and forth on whether to send this email, but after taking some time to reflect, I feel it is important to communicate my concerns. Unfortunately, the service I received was not relaxing and did not meet my expectations for a professional massage. Throughout the session, the technique felt rushed and consisted mostly of quick, flurry-like strokes. Rather than feeling like a therapeutic massage, it felt as though oil was simply being spread across my skin without any meaningful attention to muscle tension or relief. Additionally, an excessive amount of massage oil was used. By the end of the session, I felt uncomfortably covered in oil to the point where I needed to use a towel to wipe myself off, and even then, the towel became noticeably saturated. More concerning, later that same day I experienced a tingling sensation, like pins and needles, in two fingers on my right hand and one on my left. This sensation persisted for approximately three days after the appointment, which was both uncomfortable and unexpected following a massage. At the time of the appointment, I did not raise these concerns in person, as the therapist was positioned near the front desk area, and I did not feel comfortable addressing it at that moment. However, after reflecting on the overall experience and the physical discomfort that followed, I believe it is necessary to bring this to your attention. Given the nature of the service I received and the issues described above, I am requesting a full refund for the appointment. I do not feel that the service provided aligns with what I paid for, as the experience did not resemble a proper massage and resulted in lingering discomfort. I would appreciate your understanding and a prompt response to resolve this matter. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Alicia Powell

Sacred Mountain Spa is such a gem in Mt. Shasta. I booked a hot stone massage and honestly loved…read moreeverything about the experience. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the little house where they do the spa services is SO cute, cozy, and perfectly mountain-y. It feels peaceful and special, like a true retreat. Natallia gave me my hot stone massage and she was wonderful. The pressure was just right, the stones were perfectly warm, and I left feeling relaxed, grounded, and totally reset. If you're in Mt. Shasta and want something calming and high quality, I highly recommend Sacred Mountain Spa. I already can't wait to come back.

I see Leslee between 2-4 times a month after being rear ended twice in 2020...such an awful year!…read more You can tell that Leslee is extremely knowledgeable and so humble too. She is constantly pursuing education to learn new techniques to help her clients. Many industry professionals will not do that! Leslee is a rare person with a beautiful soul. I am so happy to spend this time with her. It's important to align yourself with people that lift you up and Leslee has such a positive spirit!

I'm writing this review after I removed my original one. I feel like I need to go into more detail…read moreabout my experience with Leslee. She's not a bad massage therapist.. She actually does a very good massage ( not the best ever but better than average). I was a client for about 3 years. The last time I went to her she showed me some colors that weren't very pretty. I will admit I was late for my appointment more than once. I don't blame her for her frustration with me and I accept that she didn't want me as a client anymore. I own my part in what took place. She was quite upset with me when I arrived and definitely didn't hesitate to tell me exactly how she felt. I don't blame her at all for being upset.... it was her delivery that was unacceptable for me. It was actually quite traumatizing. I also feel a responsibility to share that she would occasionally talk crap to me about some of her clients while treating me. She always had her list of people she was "no longer" going to allow to be her clients. So, in hindsight, I'm not surprised she lost her cool with me. The things she would tell me about some of her clients never set well with me. Very unprofessional, in my eyes, at least. I'm not trying to sabotage her but I felt that I needed to share my experience. As humans we are all flawed, and I am sorry for my part in whatever it is you want to call this. Kindness always lives in my heart as I know it does in Leslee's as well. I'm boiling this down to a learning experience
