Here are one of the few reasons I recommend this place: I called and gave Sapha my ETA and she saved a slot for me. When I got there, she said she'll be with me shortly. The customer that she was working with requested for an extra 30 minutes because he enjoyed his session. Sapha politely declined and said to come back next time since I am already there (20 minutes early). I love that she prioritized her word to get me in as soon as I arrive instead of making me wait so she can get more money from the other client. I asked about the lymphatic massage which is more expensive and she said, "that's not what you need and I don't want you to get a treatment that will not get you better." Sapha's delivered a power massage, I requested 1 hr deep tissue and 30 minutes, Thai massage. I can handle strong pressure. I'm telling you, I sounded like a bubble wrap getting popped by an eager toddler. She carefully explained what she was doing and her methods to assure that I am comfortable and in great hands! I walked in broken and left feeling healed in that session I had! I will definitely get out of my way to come back here.

Both of the massage treatments were professional and were extremely effective in releasing my overly tight muscles. Their space is clean, comfortable, and inviting. There was soothing music playing in the background and ample room for multiple kinds of therapies. The flowers placed upon each treatment table were an unexpected but very nice touch indeed! I filled out the new patient forms on her website and received a call back within a business day. Her staff is responsive and efficient with scheduling. They were booked out a bit but added me to a cancellation list and I was seen shortly after my initial inquiry. Dr. Cosh was thorough and attentive in her evaluation, she suspected the issue in my hip was likely muscular and provided practical stretches and foam rolling exercises to do at home. She also recommended weekly massage therapy following the chiropractic adjustments. I was scheduled with Jonah for massage, and he is absolutely incredible. With the combination of adjustments, massage therapy, and stretches, my pain was cut in half within the first week. I'm noticing continued progress with each visit and relief in areas I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Cosh, Jonah, and the rest of the team.
