Usual displays and short film. A wetlands boardwalk hike of under 1 mile just outside the building. All this is in the boundaries of Seaquest State Park. And yes, there is a nice view of Mt. St. Helens, though it's approximately 40 miles away (as the crow flies). Admission to the center is $5/each. Not sure how this fee works with the WA State Park fee for Seaquest State Park.

Not only were the flowers exquisite, the delivery arrived around noon! My aunt LOVED them. I chose the 'florist choice' for a medium sized bouquet and mentioned she liked orchids and proteas. Again, since I placed the order so close to the delivery date, I didn't expect them to have those exact flowers on hand. They did, and the arrangement was just beautiful! Joe is working on finalizing some exhibit areas and will have a lot more on display in another week or two. Joe (museum curator) along with his wife Diana are experts on Mt St Helens and have a deep knowledge about the local community and how it was impacted (and still is!) by the events of May 18, 1980. I'm not into Sasquatch stuff, but there is a lot of that here also, and Joe is super knowledgeable in that field as well. Well worth a worth the stop! Allow 2 hours or so. Free admission, but if you had a great time and learned a lot, like I did, donations are suggested and appreciated.
