The driver wasn't chatty which was not a problem but I felt he didn't have familiarity with the city shortcuts, we were stocked on the streets and just stayed with the flow. It took us an hour and 45 minutes to get to EWR from Manhattan using the regular route; he didn't bother to find a way to keep us moving, during our journey. Our car also had some physical defects, the covers on the left side ceiling is falling off which could have been glued easily by anyone. Despite such imperfections, I sti gave our driver a 10 percent tip for his efforts, a nice guy who took us to the airport in his own way. However, I just hope that the company do something to fix these issues and re-train their drivers better and more decisive in firing way to move their passengers to their target location during traffic scenarios.

He should've never been picking up passengers today in this heat. If somebody with compromised health got in that car it could've became a very serious incident and your company would have been held liable.
