We met with the owner and feel he was both knowledgeable in the field and along with the great photos of previous jobs he had done, we hired him. The job was done with care and the quality was exceptional. Carlton (the owner) is cordial and friendly and the price was fair for the job. He subcontracted out the new foundation (concrete pour) which was also done with care and quality in mind. All in all, the quality was excellent and the price was fair so anyone in the market for these services can rest assured that Arrow C Landworks is a very good company and Carlton Carter is a very special person. Arrow C Landworks cleaned up the surface trash but had a bigger challenge due to the condition the prior contractor left it. One night, sometime around 1990, I made a night deposit with my husband's employment check (this was years before auto deposit). A few weeks later I found a couple of notices in my mailbox from the bank that my account was overdrawn and checks I had written to pay bills had been sent back. I quickly got in touch with the bookkeeping department to see what had happened. The night deposit I had made did not show up on the account. Bookkeeping told me that the box that the night deposits were in were saved each night, and she would check it. She quickly called me back to say they found the deposit. It had stuck to the deposit on top of it, and had been overlooked. 1nb called each company they had returned checks to, explained the situation and paid any charges. It's been almost 40 years now since I opened my account. I've had only the one negative experience, and they quickly fixed that themselves. I have gone to them a number of times, whether for auto deposits or auto withdrawals, stop payments, etc. They have always been very helpful, friendly, and professional. I could not imagine doing business anywhere else.
