I just cancelled Spark light internet service due to to much down time and horrible customer service, they just don't care if their service is bad.. Started with MTE service, they are very polite (unlike Sparklight) and got my service set up rapidly. However, their speeds are not as fast as SL, they advertise 300 Mbps, but its really about 180, on a good day, acceptable, but barely. Customer service from MTE alone is worth the reduction in speed (for me) and monthly cost is about the same. So give Spark light a single star and MTE 4, just because they don't provide the download speed they advertise. read more
