First impressions were not great as their place of business is full of a variety of cars some encrusted by mother nature. However, I read reviews and left it with them. The next day I came to get it and it wasn't ready at the agreed time. I waited close to 5 hours as where they are is little public transport, no Uber and if they wanted overnight again I would have had to pay a taxi company to leave reading first. While waiting I watched them work, they seem efficient. They pre-pained it then finished off inside. It came out I already noticed issues. He claimed he will polish and it will be fine, I allowed him to do so, paid and rushed out as the site is locked from 8 pm. I review it properly with a family member when I'm home and notice more issues including a missing part. I call him the next day to explain he asks me to bring it into him. I arrive and 20 minutes later he arrives. He has an excuse for every part, and always put the blame on the customer or the process.
