Anthony (triple vaxxed, masked and gloved) came on time, yesterday and went above and beyond my expectations. I had moved whatever furniture out of the way beforehand but he moved bedside tables and beds to get underneath and put them back in their place! I found a gold ring had been left on my father's desk and asked my father about it. He said he thought he had lost it almost a year ago and said that was worth the price of the cleaning many times over! There was a light scent that dissipated after a few hours but I had no reaction to it. I would definitely recommend this company. I was really convinced that the couch was stained for good, but I booked MiMa to come try their hand at it. Within 30 minutes the entire thing was totally clean! It was really quick and professional, they were exactly on time even for an 8am clean and got right to work. I honestly thought I would never have a clean couch again, I'm genuinely really glad I went to them instead of trying any more disastrous DIY cleaning methods. Very friendly customer service as well, which goes a long way when you're stressed about your couch possibly being stained forever. He collected my information and we set an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Then on Thursday he asked if we could reschedule for Friday and I agreed. Then on Friday, I got a call from a subcontractor who said Kevin had asked them to pickup the rugs (but the subcontractor told me that the price was double what Kevin quoted). I called Kevin and he said that was due to a misunderstanding and that he was on the way. Again, he asked me my apartment number and what floor I was on. This time he asked if my building had an elevator (I said it didn't). By now he was already late and then after a half hour he called me to tell me that he couldn't make our appointment because he is unable to carry his equipment to the third floor and doesn't have an assistant. He referred me to an alternative company, but the company he referred me to did not seem very professional so I chose not to work with them. If you decide to go with this company, take note: Kick them out if they don't come prepared, supervise the cleaning, and tell them exactly what needs to get done before they start.
