I have booked medical appointments with MTM and over and over. Missed appointments several times. I eventually have had to take taxi's. Filed a complaint because I had to shell out money out of pocket, yet again. Hopefully they will get their act together. Otherwise, they just need to be removed and other transportation used. Horrible service. They have black women answering the phone with nasty bad attitudes because they work from home and don't want to answer the phone. Also they ask questions not required violating my hippa rights and leave me stranded at hospital when I book a ride to and from my appointments. At this point I'm going to have to file a lawsuit because this is affecting my healthcare when I'm missing appointments because of these nasty attitude and unprofessionalism breaking hippa CA laws in order to book a ride. Horrible service provider. It downgraded the high image of Kaiser permanante "significantly ". Basically you have to call several times for pick up (even i notified them "i am ready"). They don't move until you press. I know they are dealing with many customers and go through different layers of management teams. But waiting (typically) for more than an hour is not acceptable. Not surprised ratings are below (zero)! Pickup drivers are good. I checked with all of tjem. They all told me the same: they received instructions to pickup just 2-3 minutes ago. BTW, the service area i had was a very heart of tje Orange county, CA where both Lyft and Uber showing pick ups are less than 5 minutes!!! read more

I had an MTM class mate April 2025 named Darryl TEXTING ON HIS PHONE 24/7 every day while training to drive . This kid was arrogant , past Amazon "risky" driver . Trainers pick "favorites" some aren't SAFE drivers . Trainers pick favorites, do NOT care to "mentor & teach " ,there for the paycheck . ALSO , NEW MTM DRIVERS are lied to , only paid $20/hr. After Training for FT work (only PT work) , FT work not available as promised . New Drivers are told to sit at a table and wait for a route for only 400-500/week ...NOT given 40hr SET ROUTES /Times where they can enjoy their family ...TOO much responsibility NOT enough PAY Also , NOT ENOUGH PRE-TRIP TRAINING FINALLY , allegedly a final accident report April 2025 said that a TENURED MTM DRIVER pulled into a motorcyclist lane. the 20yr motorcyclist old lost his life because an alleged poorly trained MTM DRIVER did not pay attention. This is what MTM gets for NOT setting high standards for Drivers , MTM needs QUALITY TRAINERS that observe & mentor . I just had to cancel a post-eye-surgery appointment because MTM representatives gave me the run around and the hassle. This is after having had this transport before through them. The hopstital is 4 hours away, and on some of the prior rides, it was nothing but right wing politics expounded by the driver, for nearly 3 hours. I don't know what I am going to do about follow up on my eye. But I do know this....MTM doesn't care, and probably thinks that I am not worthy anyway. Absolutely disgusted with this company. As much as I fear Medicaid/Medicare cuts, if they put companies like MTM, who think the customer is there to serve them, then maybe some beneift will come out of these cuts. read more

MTM refuses to allow neurodivergent members, like myself, to schedule transportation a certain way. This is an ongoing issue for nearly a year. I have filed multiple complaints with my insurance company. I have tried to speak with MTM to attempt to reach neutral ground, and nothing is accomplished. This company has canceled rides on us more times than they have actually provided any. They have to be one of the worst Healthcare transportation companies. They cancel rides without telling us, have left us stranded waiting for a car that never shows, and have lied about the cancelations by saying the member canceled, which isn't true. Up to today, my review would have been a 3 maybe a 4. I spent 3.5 hours trying to get my scheduled ride. Medicare Trans where I was scheduled said no, they didn't have me scheduled. I might blame them except, in trying to get my ride , I was put on endless hold twice, hung up on twice, and the rural dispatcher they sent me to put me through to translation for Chinese. Seriously?!?!? Complete and total incompetence. And, yes, I did notify my insurance provider. They never did send a ride so I missed my appointment. Please be aware that this company routinely does not show up for appointments. If it does show up, it does so with a van that can't accommodate the patient. Many states contract with this company and it has a history of having to pay fines and penalties for poor service. Do not contract with this company! Trying to set up a ride for gas mileage reimbursement is a nightmare, especially if you're setting it up for someone else. They promote their automated system, but all it does is send you through loops, asking you to repeat the same information over and over again, trying to have AI set up a pick-up ride for you. Reaching a human being who can actually help is almost impossible. In all fairness, once you finally do break through, the operators are usually very nice and efficient, but good grief ... by the time I've spent 10-15 minutes answering the same questions over and over for the AI, it's hard for me to be pleasant. Today I asked for a number to call to talk about my problem. I called, and talked to someone who said they get lots of similar complaints. She told me I needed to speak to a supervisor, who then told me their IT department was the only one who could address any of my issues ... but I wasn't allowed to talk to them. In other words, NO ONE CARES about the customer, whether they're a patient or a caregiver. read more

Trying to do business with this company is a waste of time! Their website states: "We encourage you to call at least three business days before your appointment, unless your trip is urgent or you are discharged from a hospital. We schedule routine trips Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can schedule urgent trips 24 hours a day, seven days a week." However, I called for a same day trip/ride for my disabled daughter, answered a very long list of questions including MY date of birth (even though I'm not the patient), and was informed that a driver would arrive that same day, in plenty of time to get my daughter to her appointment. No one ever showed and when I called the number provided for if ride is late - I was informed that none of the info I provided was even in their system and that additionally, the ride request needed to be made 3 days before the appointment. Even though the ride was confirmed for that same day. There's some type of scam going on, so be warned - this company is unreliable, deceptive, and a complete waste of time!! read more

Regardless of whether you plan ahead of time and you make sure that your pick up ride is "will-call" , these incompetent people in customer service will allow a whole hour or more, to pass before sending the pick up ride... this totally defeats the purpose of "will/-call" if you're just going to have a set time and not actually send a driver when I call. Very frustrating when you're forced to wait over an hour when they can easily just reset the ride and send you a new ride that is actually called when you request it. The other horrible thing about this company, is how rude the customer service can be at times, you have a 50 percent chance of speaking to someone that acts like sending a ride will cost them their paycheck, or, you get someone who is disgustingly rude and condescending,for absolutely no reason. The other 50 percent is people who have ZERO concept of the United States having more than one time zone , so you have to call MULTIPLE times until you find someone competent that knows to schedule,corresponding to my timezone . BEWARE...this company is horrible. They promised me that they'd pick me up and then sign me in at the clinic. Its the requirement for getting the surgery done. What MTM did instead was send an Uber, who only goes curb to curb, I was unable to go into surgery today. If I could I wouldn't give them no stars. As a former employee of MTM, I can tell y'all that place is horrible. Management is horrible and the way they treat the members is downright terrible. A lot of customers have been complaining about missing their appointments or being stranded for 2-3 hours at their doctor's office. The reason being is because recently MTM bought out Legacy-Veyo. We have a system called Reveal and it's used to schedule, cancel, reschedule, or activate the return rides and management would disable the system reveal so they can transfer all of Legacy-Veyo information into MTM system during operation hours when members need to get to and from their appointments. Basically playing with people's lives. Some have dialysis or chemotherapy or some may need to get home to take their medications. That company needs to be shut down period read more

This company was never GREAT but at least OK in a pinch but its gone to the dogs in the past 6 months or so, overscheduling drivers, lying about eta, failing to provide a driver at all, refusing to honor any preference for a regular driver, calling the wrong number to make the confirmation, being generally rude and pissy and full of themselves on the phone as if you were supposed to be feeling beholden, and now hitting rock bottom refusing to book transportation for clients without some sort of disabilities review by the RTC to determine wether they reckon your fit enough to be pitched onto a bus instead. Boy, this company sure begrudged doing its damned job with degree of compassion or even basic professionalism and now they are treating former clients like welfare cheats. read more

I have been using this company for about 2 months now, and I have never had such a horrible experience with being able to get to my appointments. I am a 15 Y.O girl who has day treatment therapy every day from 8-11 AM. In the beginning of my stay for treatment, MTM had been late at least half an hour every day and sometimes even by 1 hour. This is still occurring DAILY. Today I was supposed to be dropped off at 8 like usual even though I'm always late, and it was 7:50 at the time so I had called to check in if my ride was on the way. MTM had proceeded to tell me that the transportation services cancelled my ride, and MTM tried finding other services to take me but ended up cancelling my whole trip in general. They have cancelled my trips MANY times before and I have not been informed beforehand because they cancelled last minute. This company really does not do their job well, and they're extremely horrid at communicating. read more

Every week 3 time power week I'm calling to setup transportation for my mom to ride to and from dialyses center. In mots got very polite and experience people but sometimes its simply terrible. Mom rides with PCA on wheelchair and CS cant find time for ride simply because they doesn't know how to use reservation system. I'll take me forever on phone and get this supervisor not even to fix problem. Horrible company with inexperience staff and management who doesn't care at all. read more

I would give 0 if I could. I take my special needs daughter to 3 different therapies and to get reimbursed for all these trips is an absolute nightmare. They deny reimbursement for any little reason plus they make up stories, saying I called and cancelled all the trips when I never called them at all. They verify if there was ever a phone call from me and of course, they are not able to find any calls because I never called! Then once you appeal, they will never pay. I have never gotten paid from all the trips that I appealed. they always say denial is upheld. So what is the point? Very frustrating and aggravating when you call since the first thing when you call, they cancel all your trips so you can't get paid and force you to appeal which means no reimbursements. They still refuse to pay me 2 weeks worth of trips from March totaling about $200 and there are more trips that are under "appeal". Why can't they just call the provider and verify that I took my daughter for services ? That way there would not be an appeals process and they would have to pay but of course not. Once you send in your logs and get denied, bet that they won't pay under any circumstances. I just spent one hour on the phone appealing, probably wasted my time. We special needs parents need all the help we can get, not be denied for any little reason! read more

I have to say when open enrollment occurred in NH, I had to switch my insurance so I could remain with my transportation provider that I had been using for the past 3-5 years on and off. They were the first company that actually called/text to confirm and also picked me ON TIME!! So I was eager to switch after not having reliable transportation for 8 solid weeks through a different broker. The first week riding with MTM was excellent!! I was supposed to have a subscription for 3 months. However today I get a text message from a random number explaining he was with a different transportation provider. I called MTM to fix the issue and now I'm being told it doesn't matter who I call how many supervisors I speak with I am NOT ALLOWED to request a transportation provider. So not only did I switch my Insurnace to stay with my preferred provider, however I had to switch ALL MY DOCTORS, and honestly to get picked up in time at 5:30am so that I have time to walk to work when I get back, I'd travel to Canada if I had to for my PCP. If I don't get to work, I immediately default in entire recovery preventing work-community based treatment program. This is so unacceptable it's unreal. I have never been told, "...Sir it doesn't matter how many times you call or how many Supervisors you speak to, that will not change the fact that we are a non-preferred company and you will ride with who we send." I will say in the beginning Coordinated Transportation Solutions NEVER have their members an issue with requesting to stay with particular company!!! I'm actually greatly disappointed with this company. I am very discouraged, disappointed, bewildered, quite angry and extremely apprehensive. The sacrifices I made due to the advice that the Director of Transportation-Medicaid with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services had given out, not just to myself, but To many other members as well, was if he wanted to stay with our PREFERRED TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER, to make sure they would be signing up with a particular Broker and to change your Medicaid Insurance. Well I lost all of my Health Care Providers just to stay with my preferred transportation provider. And now I no longer have a choice on who I ride with 7 days a week. Out of those days 5 of which I need to be to work by 7am. It took SEVERAL companies and SEVERAL unnecessary situations, ranging from drivers driving erratically to smoking marijuana right before picking me up. The company I have been riding with for 3+ years has picked me up on time ALWAYS, and if they're running a few mins late they COMMUNICATE. I have never been so disappointed before. I have gone through hell the past 8 weeks with the broker One Call. Sending two of the absolute WORST transportation companies, then decided to give Lyft a try. Well they don't wait more than 2-3 mins. If your not outside on sidewalk really to literally jump in the car as they are driving by, you don't get picked up. I am so discouraged beyond measures right now. And not only do I need to go through the MANY phone calls I had to make to get to my desired position I was in on September 1st, just to ride with the company who is reliable, professional, efficient and consistent. I now need to find all new healthcare providers, PCP, Oncologist, Endocrinologist, Orthopedist, Psychiatrist, Counselor/Therapist, Beahviorial Health Provider, Etc. So in belhalf of the NH residents who all changed their insurance, as directed by NHDHHS, thank you. For a week of peace. For a week of pure reliability. For a week of stress-free mornings. For a week of efficiency and pure delightful-ness. Had I known this would happen I might of just moved to another state to NEVER deal with another broker who has no empathy, compassion and really no care whatsoever for their members!!! This is the 2nd time another Broker steppes in and picked up ONE of the NH Medicaid Insurance Enrollees who chose a particular Health Network and absolutely messed EVERYTHING up. wrost place ever 1st problem my son has gone with his mom to medical appointments while this whole cove 19 pandemic has been going on then we call to set a appointments and to add a pca with her like always and they say she cant have one but she 100 % disabled cant walk . so she needs one so they make use jump and get some new paper work to be filled out . call today and they wont pay for my wife to go to the dental office that she has a appointment for saying its not a medical ride and that there policy has changed this is a game and only about money for them there customer service suck verey rude . The service provided by this company is deserving of '0' stars. Transportation is consistently 1 or more hours late, and often not showing up at all. It appears that they do not care for the senior and disabled population that they are supposed to be providing a service for. This is a fragile population and it would seem that a little more care and compassion would be put into providing this service. read more
