Not once did she express condolences for the loss of my brother's life. She rambled on and on about how it wasn't her fault because there "system" broke down and it's not her fault. I am in a lot of pain. This place is not safe, if I could give less than one start I would. RUN, run to any other practice! I understand that things happen, but one and a half hours after my scheduled appointment I was still in the waiting room. They finally came in and said the dr was stuck in the monsoonlike rain, ok, but for 1.5 hours?? He came in, and actually thinks he knows the problem! Then he got me some STAT testing, well in 24 hours but better than the two weeks originally offered. They had forgotten to get my vitals, again no biggie except we were heading into hour two here. The waiting room is clean, the tv was on. The day before my surgery they called to say they were mistaken, they do NOT take my ins, surgery canceled.
