One time I had to cancel our Appt and she replied that I cancelled 3 times in a row which I never did.I just shrugged it off and she said she got me confused with someone else. Then I text her to make an appt for 2 returns and she told me to come at 9. I came in and wasn't seen until 9:17. When I took out my stuff she said she doesn't have time for 2 and argued with me about it. I told her I made an appt for 2. She looked at her text and saw she was wrong and didn't apologize. I noticed she charged me $20 more each. I texted her later letting her know I wasn't happy and then she said I changed the time of the appt on the same day 2 times. She said I prevented her from seeing others. What are you talking about? I just came at the time you told me to I have no idea what she's talking about. I have the text between us and never did I reschedule anything. She just blames and doesn't take responsibility. I don't like dealing with people like that. No thanks. Weird when you're giving someone $700 for less than an hour worth of work you'd think they treat you with some respect. And if she's referring to times I had to reschedule: If you have an issue with people not showing up or rescheduling their appts then maybe you should put a policy in place to prevent that or penalize people. Otherwise, people are just going to reschedule when they need to and that's how life goes. Take care

I handed over all of my private, highly sensitive financial information to this so-called tax preparation company after they promised a clear 3-week turnaround. It's now been over 3 MONTHS, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Oh, except when the assistant called to ask "if I was still interested in their services. Smh. Unbelievable. Outside of that, no updates, no responses to calls or emails, no explanation. Just silence. They have completely ghosted me. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this is a scam operation. They're in possession of my full identity--Social Security number, income records, banking information--and have vanished without a trace. This could have all been avoided if they gave me a voucher and instructions on how to pay and when to pay the dues before I got charged late payment fees. I get that they are short staffed, but the management should have re-hired or prepared for Rodrigo's departure. Trying to get ahold of someone there is next to impossible. I kept asking how much I had to pay and when do I need to pay by to avoid the penalties and after weeks I finally get a response but by then it was too late. This could have been avoided with proper communication and having my taxes done sooner. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
