I won't go back to this place simply because Alexandra has such an attitude. I don't like giving negative reviews but I also don't like price increases without being told before my appt and being surprised about it after. I also don't like being accused of random things. One time I had to cancel our Appt and she replied that I cancelled 3 times in a row which I never did.I just shrugged it off and she said she got me confused with someone else. Then I text her to make an appt for 2 returns and she told me to come at 9. I came in and wasn't seen until 9:17. When I took out my stuff she said she doesn't have time for 2 and argued with me about it. I told her I made an appt for 2. She looked at her text and saw she was wrong and didn't apologize. I noticed she charged me $20 more each. I texted her later letting her know I wasn't happy and then she said I changed the time of the appt on the same day 2 times. She said I prevented her from seeing others. What are you talking about? I just came at the time you told me to I have no idea what she's talking about. I have the text between us and never did I reschedule anything. She just blames and doesn't take responsibility. I don't like dealing with people like that. No thanks. Weird when you're giving someone $700 for less than an hour worth of work you'd think they treat you with some respect. And if she's referring to times I had to reschedule: If you have an issue with people not showing up or rescheduling their appts then maybe you should put a policy in place to prevent that or penalize people. Otherwise, people are just going to reschedule when they need to and that's how life goes. Take care read more

Please read this carefully. I can not express how awful MA Sierra tax is. I do not want to give details as I am afraid they will read this and find out my identity. Here is the summary of it, they only want your money and nothing else...They couldn't even do their job correctly, I spoke to another accountant to review what was happening with them and he was disgusted. They were charging me for things they didn't even do and even went as far to tell me they were done or completed. For your own sanity, please just continue with your search for an accountant elsewhere....my god have mercy on their souls. read more

We've been coming here for the past 3 years and have been happy with the service. Miguel was recommended to us by a friend and he's done our taxes ever since. He is the only person we've met with here. He is very accommodating and looks to serve the best interest of his clients. The process is painless, despite the fact that we are actually doing our taxes. We just call and schedule an appointment with Miguel. Even if you are one of those people, like us, who procrastinate and don't do their taxes until late March or early April, he always makes time for us. And the meeting never takes too long either. It also means a lot that he is never annoyed that we bring our kids to the appointments, even though the kids drive us nuts while we're trying to get the business done. Plus, if we ever have a question, he's just a phone call or text away with an answer or advice. They have moved locations into a bigger office. The first two years they did business out of a home office. The transition has been smooth so far. Everyone we have encountered has been friendly. The cost is reasonable. I've been bringing my taxes to MA Sierra Tax for at least 8 years. I was referred by a friend, and even though I live about 40 miles away, my Husband and I make the trip. I never felt like just a number or client that doesn't get remembered. I have never felt rushed and have always been comfortable enough to ask questions. We get information that we need and honest answers and advice. Last tax season they moved to this new location which is nice to see that they are growing. It used to be out of an office if the owners back yard! Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Easy to call and make an appointment. Nice new waiting area with snacks, TV and magazines.
