On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! You can tell Milton has A LOT of experience and reliable references. The great part of Milton being so knowledgeable is the way he explained everything for me (who knows nothing about trees or tree service) he made it so easily for me to understand. On the day of removal they arrived promptly, Raphael knocked on my door to let me know they were going to begin the job. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED SUCH AN AMAZING PROCESS IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. I allowed they to drop the trees on my yard for a faster process, and my goodness was it fast! They roped up the first tree, dropped it and while some of the crew was working on the fallen tree, the rest started roping the next tree. Both of my large trees were down faster than I anticipated. Clean up was beautiful, and thorough to me, they went above and beyond. For them, that's the service that every client should receive and deserves. The saying you get what you pay for rings true for A-Plus, and their name is the service they provide, A-Plus! Stump grinding was scheduled for two days later, and they did a great job as well. They were reasonable, but most importantly they listened to what we needed, offered a professional opinion, provided a detailed estimate, and we received great customer service. They took care to protect our yard as much as they could. I would use then again. Some of the others we contacted were arrogant, too pricey, or couldn't provide a detailed estimate. Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem.
