If you want a lawyer that has no morals and or ethics this is who you want to hire! Apparently…read more ethics are second to a paycheck. Yes , I was on the other end. However, when you are dealing with kids and a client that obviously lies constantly, at some point a payday is not looking out for the the best interests of the kids! This is what this lawyer does! He knows his client lies ! He knows that there are relationships that are being destroyed and STILL continues to have complete disregard for allowing his client to alienate their children from their father! I dont want anyone to think that I'm trashing him because he's on the other side.... However, what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong!! .. For an attorney to collect a check and look out for his clients best interest is one thing. To know the truth and help facilitate alienation from their children is a different story. My ex was to go collect her belongings from my parents house. They just delt with Covid for over 2 weeks. My parents asked for the names of the people showing up and to show proof of vaccination before they came to the house. Apparently Mr. Rey said to his client it doesn't matter go get your stuff. The driveway was blocked because my parents never received any info about who was showing up and if they were vaccinated!!! My parents are elderly and are scared of getting sick again! He told his client to drive around the vehicle and proceed to the house. This was after snow and is not a flat yard. It was uphill on saturated soil! I understand that anyone that reads this is going to say. " he got screwed, he's pissed) . If so fine... whatever! But to help keep a lying client keep on lying and ESPECIALLY ALIENATE their own kids ..... SOMEONE HAS ULTIMATELY CHOSEN A PAYCHECK OVER DOING THE RIGHT THING!!! I guess the oath he took has been outweighed by a paycheck!

I recently retained this attorney to help resolve child support issues where I was overpaying based…read moreon my current military income. As an active-duty service member, I needed an adjustment to reflect my actual earnings, and I trusted her expertise to handle the modification process efficiently. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and mirrored many of the complaints I've since read from other clients. Over three months, I watched my retainer dwindle to nearly nothing with virtually no meaningful progress or resolution. Communication was one-sided--I was constantly the one reaching out via calls or emails just to get any kind of update, and responses were often delayed or nonexistent. When a hearing date was finally set, the opposing party requested a last-minute postponement, and my attorney did little to nothing to advocate against it or push for my interests. The result? The hearing was delayed indefinitely with no new date scheduled, leaving my case in limbo and my overpayments continuing. Now, she's demanding an additional $4,000 to continue, or she'll withdraw as my counsel--after delivering minimal results and burning through the initial funds. Her tone in communications has frequently been disrespectful and dismissive, which only added to the frustration during an already stressful time. This felt like a case overloaded on her end with too many clients for a small operation to manage effectively, leading to reactive rather than proactive work. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone, especially if you're looking for dedicated representation without wasting significant money on little to no results. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for competent, responsive legal help.

Almost made the mistake of using this company again until I remembered a male attorney telling me…read morehe didn't believe me in my case until it was over. So unless you want to be looked at as a liar to the people you pay go right ahead. Other than that everything else was for the most part professional.
