Each time Linda has shown mercy and taken my dogs in. Today was the poo-mergency again. I don't know what my 100lb+ dog rolls in, but my cat runs from him. I cannot begin to express my thanks to Linda and Caitlin for caring for my dog who at times I think Lou likes them more than me (lol). Linda has been there for me for 15 years and three dogs.

I am very disappointed with the grooming service my dog received today…read more I dropped my dog off for her scheduled appointment at 9:00 AM. By 11:30 AM, I still had not received a call, so I went to check on her myself. When I arrived, they were still not finished with her. When my dog was brought out, she was still wet and had clearly not been properly blown out or de-shed. Her nails also appeared barely trimmed. For a grooming appointment, I expected her to be completely dry, properly de-shed, and fully groomed before being sent home. They told me my dog didn't like being blow dried! That is a lie, as my dog loves and wants me to blow dry her when I blow dry my hair every morning and when my husband has the leaf blower out Because I was unhappy with the results, I took her directly to Carlson Canine Camp. They properly blew out her coat and removed a significant amount of loose hair that should have been removed during the grooming appointment. They also trimmed her nails shorter because it did not appear they had been adequately done. The attached photo shows just how much hair came out after I left Pet Supplies Plus. I expect a groomer to complete the services that was paid for. Unfortunately, my dog left wet, under-groomed, and needing additional work elsewhere. This was not the level of service I expected, and I left extremely frustrated. We will not be returning!

This place is phenomenal for dog training. The entire staff at Carlson's is exceptionally nice, and my daughter and I are slowly, slowly getting our very famous and headstrong beagle to be more focused, and slightly less ridiculous. The training could not be better, and the trainers are incredibly patient with us. I can't recommend them enough to anyone thinking of seeking dog training. The doggy socialization alone makes this a very worthwhile endeavor; the expert training staff makes it a bargain.

We've been taking our sweet Maisy there for 8 years and she gets so excited when we turn the corners. All of her needs are met and she is loved on by the staff. It's never easy to leave our four-legged family member when we have to leave town but when we do, it is easier knowing she is in such caring and capable hands.
