Business has tailed off over the last few years which I suspect is due to the expansion of the supermarket pet range and large pet superstores, but I prefer local businesses like this one where the retailer engages with the customer and offers excellent service just by getting know their customers. Sure you may pay a little more for a personal service but its worth it in my opinion.

Jenna from tagalong dogs is a lovely young lady who was incredibly flexible with my needs, she agreed to walk Penny twice a day at a really reasonable rate, and replenish her food and water supply. I was worried all week, Jenna was kind enough to send me a text every few days to let me know how she was getting on (she knew just how jittery I was!)
