You can tell she actually cares about the people she serves, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. My go-to is the Blackhawk iced coffee, and Nelly absolutely nails it every time. It's always made perfectly, tastes amazing, and somehow seems even better when it comes with her positive attitude and great service. Even when things are busy, she still takes the time to be kind and make sure everything is right. Huey's already has great coffee, but employees like Nelly are what really make a place worth coming back to. Great drinks can bring someone in once, but great people are what turn them into regular customers. Nelly definitely deserves some recognition for the effort and energy she puts into what she does. If you haven't tried the Blackhawk iced coffee yet, do yourself a favor and get one--and if Nelly makes it for you, even better! 10/10 coffee and even better service.
