Stopped by for lunch and had the a special consisting of a cup of Chili, fries and two chicken tenders. I believe the price was $10.99. The chili was good. I don't usually like fries that have a batter on them, but I thought these were really good and would have them again. The chicken was cut thin and had an odd texture which could have been the "crust" but tasted really good. Service was good and I have really wanted to go back to get this again! read more

First the service was GREAT! Martia was amazing to me and everyone else that walked in. She was greeting people feeding people serving people. What a great employee. I got the blackened chicken salad. It was some lettuce, maybe a few sprinkles of cheese and even less of the pico that was supposed to be on it. The ranch dressing was good. That was the only thing that made the basically lettuce and chicken. I was eating OK. The chicken didn't taste bad but the salad part just wasn't anything to write home about. I will give them another chance when I'm in town, but maybe go for a burger. read more

This is my favorite restaurant in Saraland. I travel extensively so it's nice to go to a restaurant with fantastic and friendly service staff that recognize you and provide exceptional service. I recommend asking for either Tiffany or Emily for exceptional service with a smile, a laugh and plenty of authentic care for the customer. The food is fantastic, the sports bar provides plenty of televisions for sports or trivia, and the happy hour specials are incredible from 2-6. My sister and I went there for lunch on Tuesday of this week. The food was outstanding. We both ordered burgers, and I got the fries as my side & my sister got the mac and cheese. We were both really pleased. So why the 3 start rating, you ask? The service was horrible, probably the worst I've ever experienced. When we walked in, no one was there to greet us for several minutes. When she finally seated us she wasn't friendly at all. We waited a good 15 minutes for her to come back and take our order. I think you get the picture. Every step took forever. Getting out drinks and our food took way too long. The clincher was waiting 25 minutes after we were finished eating for the check. She kept stopping and chatting with other customers while we waited. Needless to say, there was no tip We will definitely be back to a Mugshots for the food, just not that one. read more

Courteous staff took my to go order over the phone at 1830 and said my order would be ready in 20 min. I pulled up shortly after to wait. At exactly 1849 I saw my order being put on the counter. I immediately received a text confirming my order was ready. Walked in and paid and got back in my car. 20 min exactly. My Philly wrap and tots with an extra ranch was perfect. The 5 ketchup packets were the perfect ratio to the amount of tots I received. My ADHD, OCD and tastebuds have never been happier. The staff tonight should be recognized for a flawless performance. My party of three were greeted and seated immediately upon walking through the door. Our server, Tiffany, was very friendly and efficient. She took our order, brought our drinks, appetizer and food in a timely manner. The queso appetizer contained beef and jalapeño peppers. The jalapeño peppers made it just a little bit spicy, but it was not overpowering or overbearing or enough to make you cry. The chips that came with the queso with sin and crispy. In my opinion, there just were not enough of them because they were nice. My mom had the chicken Caesar salad with the salad dressing on the side. The presentation of the Sallitt was really pretty. She gets her dressing on the side so that she can put only the amount that she wants on her salad. This was a nice touch and she enjoyed the flavors of her salad. My husband got the Savell burger . It has hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles, and diced red onions. I specified diced because we forgot that the onions are diced on this burger. My husband hates raw onions and he normally gives them to me if they are given in just circles but because these were diced he had to individually pick them off, So that annoyed him immensely. Other than that his burger was enjoyable. I ordered a vegan veggie burger. It comes with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, house-made guacamole, and diced red onions between wheat buns. The burger and contents itself were actually all right, but I'm not crazy about that wheat bun. It just did not taste good and its texture was kind of tough. Suffice it to say I would've preferred the veggie patty on a regular white bread bun. Other than that the burger was enjoyable. Both my husband and I got the sweet potato fries as our sides instead of their regular french fries. The sweet potato fries this time were not as crispy as they normally are. This time the sweet potato fries seem to be a little bit overcooked. But they still tasted good. While mugshots does not offer a sweet dip for their sweet potato fries. I think that's a huge oversight. They only offer salty dips for the sweet potato fries, which I think is odd. But Tiffany was very thoughtful and when I asked if they had a sweet dip, she told me no but later on, she brought me some caramel. Thanks, Tiffany! The caramel dip went very well with the sweet potato fries. Overall, our visit was very enjoyable. We were seated quickly. We were served efficiently, timely, and in a very friendly manner. Even when the restaurant started getting crowded, she still managed to keep us in mind and she checked on us. I enjoyed this visit and will probably come again when I'm in the area , because I do like their burgers. read more

Service was ok, as long as you don't mind that the server had a hog-nose ring in her septum. Food was sub-par. I had "blackened" Mahi Mahi which was not in any way blackened--it was barely grilled. I also had beer battered fries, which were limp, undone, and swimming in grease. My spouse had a burger which was average, nothing special. His sweet potato waffle fries were undone and swimming in grease, as well. So, we paid a premium price for sub-par food and a server who presented herself as someone who is mentally immature, who makes bad decisions, and whose hog-nose septum ring makes for an unappealing dining experience. I don't care if the use of facial piercings is "cool;" it's gross. So are excessive tattoos, by the way. read more

Each of us ordered a different one to try it as well as a sampler of different fried foods, including Southwest egg rolls, cheese, wedges, etc. and everything was great. First impression, server was friendly and helpful, but I ordered a beer and waited and waited and then waited some more. Bar was busy and my server finally came over and said that they were changing the keg. I guess I can understand, but it took about fifteen minutes for her to come over and tell me and probably another five minutes for my beer to arrive. I am a fan of red ales and so I ordered a Big Beach Red Ale and found it to be a good beer. It is a local beer from Foley, Alabama. Ambiance is typical sports bar with big screen TV's playing sports throughout both the bar side and the restaurant side. The place is divided in two, which I am sure that families with kids can appreciate if they don want to be sitting with their kids at a table in a bar. This is located by the Publix in Saraland, not far off the highway and convenient to multiple hotels, including the one that I was staying at on this particular business trip. I just came in for a beer so I can't say how the food was. Overall, I would recommend here, at least for a drink. read more

So I was definitely skeptical about trying this location, because I'm not a fan of the location on Airport Blvd in Mobile. We did wait a good 10 days after they opened before we decided to go for our cousin's birthday. At first we were a bit put off. The place looked pretty empty but we were told there would be a 25 minute wait. We asked if we could sit in the bar area, but they said there was no one working that area, not even the bartender. Soooo, what's the point of having the bar area? It did take the 25 minutes to be seated, and we quickly discovered a lot of the employees were still in training. Our waitress was in training, so she was being followed around by a senior waitress. I suppose it's a good thing we went on a weeknight, I can only imagine what it would have been like on a weekend night. We ordered the Mexican egg rolls as an appetizer and wow! They were delicious. We were pleasantly surprised about the flavor. I ordered the patty melt burger. It was pretty good, except the patty was round and the bread was rectangular and so there was way more bread then meat. Both were good, though, but the patty should have been shaped to fit the bread. My husband had the pizza burger. It's his favorite and he was definitely pleased with the mozzarella, sauce and pepperoni piled high on his burger! read more

I haven't been here in probably over 6 months just because I stopped eating out as much to save money. I ordered to go. The order was ready quickly and accurate. The service is good but the food quality was significantly less than I had previously. I use to love the burgers but the one I got today just tasted off. The meat had a strong flavor and smell and not in a good way. I couldn't finish it and although it probably wasn't the cooks fault, it just wasn't good at all. I use to rave about the burgers there but I don't think I can stomach another if it tasted like the one I had this time. Also ordered the southwest rolls and there are only 3 rolls served and they are way overpriced at $11. They are good but that's too pricey for 3 little rolls. read more

Stopped here with my family while we were leaving mobile and it was a great decision. Unfortunately the restaurant was short staffed so all the workers was a little bit flustered but that didn't stop our waitress for providing the best damn fast food service we ever had. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but whomever served the family of five last Sunday, she did a great job. We started off with an appetizer of egg rolls, man were they delicious. I ordered the come back burger with my sauces on the side and nothing healthy on it, and extra fries. Of course the burger was good, so good I could barely finish it. We have ordered food from Mugshots many times through Waitr and a few times directly. The food has been excellent with an exception of one time. I love their California Gold wings and peanut butter shake and my husband loves their southwest egg rolls. The blackened mahi is great, the chicken and waffles are great and the kids chicken basket meal is well seasoned. The kids always get so excited when I order Mugshots because it's so good. I will say that when I've ordered and gone in to get the food, I had to wait longer than I thought was reasonable (especially since they didn't seem busy at all and I can hear staff cutting up in the kitchen) and the staff has not been very nice or welcoming. read more

At 2:30 on Thursday afternoon we almost had the place to ourselves, so seating and service were quick and pleasant. This was my first trip to the new Saraland restaurant, and I'll definitely be back. I had the Da' Big Kahuna burger and it was the "every-bite of deliciousness" you'd expect from bacon and pineapple! But...this is NOT a date night burger ladies! I musta used 6 napkins!!
