Communication was slow and disorganized--she sent one business-related question per day via text, and when we finally spoke on the phone, she abruptly cut the call short to pick up her kids, promising to follow up later (which she didn't). I called her, she answered, requested to put me on hold, and then hung up on me. When I tried to reach her again, my calls were not answered. Then she stated via text that she called me and it "went straight to voicemail," though no one else had trouble contacting me. After several attempts, I was finally able to get my policy processed, but even then, communication remained difficult. When I asked to handle an additional insured designation over the phone instead of texting back and forth, her tone became sarcastic, and she gaslit me about the communication issues. After expressing my frustration and asking if another agent could assist me, she claimed she was the only one handling business policies. She unnecessarily shared details of her business with my mother (who was not involved in this initial process). When I decided to cancel due to the poor service, she continued to be condescending, sarcastically mentioning the small refund amount. If you're a small business owner looking for serious, professional service, I would not recommend working with this agent. The process was dragged out unnecessarily and could have been handled in a single day with better communication.
