The auto policy is one of the cheapest with best coverage. We also did event insurance with them which only cost 50.00 flat! I carry a policy on my ring which covers everything. Don't work for State Farm or know any of these people personally just sharing a great experience we had dealing with them. I have been with state farm since 2015ish & have only dealt with this office. They also handled my auto loan when I got a new car with better interest rates than what the dealership could offer.

I'm glad to get this out to help folks to decide against this company for the following reasons…read more I've had Liberty Mutual since January 25 and switched from USAA. I man with a trailer on a big truck smashed into my right front fender and caused $5200 in damages. I had two witnesses and the guy drove off but after I yelled as loud as I could "I have you're license plate number'" dude came back and we argued or shall I say he denied it. 3 police cars arrived separated us and they told me to come to the station for the report. In the narrative he the driver admits he didn't feel his trailer hit anything, really on a big rig you wouldn't. My car went to the shop 3 days later and had to rent a car that I paid for even though it's on my policy. The car was fixed but I had to take it to the dealer to reset the computer. This happened on April 26th and I sent the report photos and witness statements. I'm in Ohio and my agents in Florida and never ever picks up his phone and his voice mail sounds like he's on drugs and says "the best way to reach him is by email." I got frustrated after they sent me a later saying it could take months and a lady working there said they had until 2028! Bull crap , so I canceled and went with State Farm. If you haven't noticed a lot of companies like Liberty MUTUAL have zero idea how to perform their job. It was the last straw when my woke, DEI , p.o.s., agent stated taking shit. This company is the worst so stay way and remember to never get an agent that's not in your state.
