The other local dealers are total losers, and would not even tell us which parts we needed for an re-install. Got some parts online, but then contacted Milgard, and got the name of "Complete Window Care" verbally from the rep, since apparently they could not do so, via official means. Complete got us parts, installed, and all locks and keys work just fine. We complained directly to a Milgard VP, about how crappy their other local dealers are, and were told that Milgard is looking into it. As slow as Milgard is, we doubt if anything will happen soon. We had much better service some years ago, when they had an actual rep in this area.

We searched thru Provia Door dealers and Dutch's had good ratings and reviews. We are a long way from their showroom but Gary was very cordial and willing to send their salesperson Mark Sakoi to our home to measure for a quote. Mark was great to work with. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. The installers Chris and Mike did an excellent job on our door install. They were very nice, professional and we felt at ease having them in our house. Chris was a miracle worker with our exterior trim wrap. The Provia door is gorgeous and Is a great quality door. Dutch's made us feel like our business mattered to them, they treated us as a valued customer. I highly recommend them for any projects and hope to have future projects where we can work with them again. They are above 5 Stars.
