Then I was told I would have to pay out of pocket, followed by another explanation that it would be partially covered (materials only, not labor), and finally that it wasn't covered at all. The lack of clear communication and constantly changing information was frustrating. I was also told I would receive a follow-up call, which never happened. What should have been a simple glass replacement turned into a waste of time. I ultimately found a local company that completed the work for about half the cost and was much easier to work with. They were also far more professional and friendly compared to the technician who came out, who seemed uninterested and was not particularly courteous.

The business office sent me an email end of day on a Friday stating that they had the product, that they would not refund my money and let's get this scheduled. It was then that I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! It was cheaper, but also less reliable. You get what you pay for. I ended up going with Mile High Glass and they got it scheduled and installed in no time. Highly recommend them.

I specifically said I wanted a frameless shower and even showed the owner of the company a frameless shower in another area of my home to clarify that this is the look I wanted. When the door was delivered it was not completely frameless. Since the workmen had already drilled holes in my tile I chose to live with the shower door as I thought removing tiles already installed would be like opening Pandora's box. The door fits the space, but is very dark and certainly not the look I wanted. Kent Glass told my contractor that they would NOT stand behind their mistake and would not discount the price to accomodate me. This company does not seem to care about their customers!

We needed countertop installed in a rental house and decided to go with veneer and bull nose on the…read moreedge. About 4 days before the install was to take place, we were told that if we wanted bullnose, we would have a two week delay for the material. At that point, we had no choice, so went with the squared edge. When they cut the hole for the sink using the template, it was cut so close to the front edge that they were into the 1.5 inch thick lip. Sink clips aren't long enough to catch. I had to modify the underside front edge of the counter to make it work. They were supposed to round the corners on the island countertop, which they did at the back. Not on the front. Every time I catch the corner with my hip, I send kind thoughts to DMS. I will probably rip this garbage out for our next tenant and have it replaced. It won't be DMS.
