I agreed and said the financial person would call me and take the deposit. Never received call. (Sat.) . On Monday he sends a text saying they were too busy to call. I told him that I did not want to deal with his dealership since he did not do what he said he would do. Then he texted me saying Ill live. Bad service and response with smart comments. If they don't do simple courtesy then it probably would go worse on the rest of Transaction. Do what you say you would do .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced . You're not dressed according to their standards…read morethey'll look at you and tell you that they will give you a quote and send it to you by email , they will take tons of pictures of your vehicle but will not give you a written quote I'll tell you they'll send it to you by email and you never get it . Then when they find out what insurance company you have they will lie to that insurance company for their game make you look like you're the one that fought worst mistake this city has ever done to give a license much of people that obviously catered to the wealthy . They will no longer except any other form of payment other than what they have in our willing to accept and they post this proudly on their front office window . For a franchise company I think I need this 10 thumbs down . I wouldn't bring a toy car to this facility .
