The boards are great quality, the owners are very knowledgeable and very talented. They can get you exactly what you need to start to riding. They got my started over 10 years ago and continue to keep me on my board to this day. They truly are passionate and love these sports. And I need to acknowledge billy again for his talents. This town wouldn't be the same without this shop. Their longboard selection isn't what it use to be, show them some love!!

The paint was not mixed, just primer and base paint off the shelf. I found out it was the wrong product. My mother tried to return it, just hoping for a credit, but was essentially given the excuse the 'paint was left outdoors so we won't take it back', but this allegation was completely false. The paint was never left outdoors and it was only stored inside except when transporting to Windsor Plywood. All I wanted was an in store credit. Now I'm stuck with all this unopened new product that I cannot use. I emailed the manager to ask for reconsideration, but did not even receive the courtesy of a reply from him. Will go to Home Hardware in PA, or Home Depot in Nanaimo in the future, but the poor courtesy and service over a product return means I won't be back to Windsor Plywood.

We searched "Menswear in Duncan, B.C." and were guided to two stores--fortunately, both located on the same street. We entered the first store with excitement, only to be shown the door within seconds. The saleswoman took one look at my father and told us they couldn't outfit him. Disheartened but not defeated, we walked two doors down to our second option: Jim's Clothing Closet. I entered hesitantly, bracing myself for another brush-off. But what happened next was nothing short of extraordinary. We were warmly greeted by CoCo, who instantly put us at ease with a lighthearted and affectionate remark to my father, saying, "There's no way you're that size--we've got you covered." And she truly did. Over the next hour, CoCo worked her magic. She didn't just help my dad shop--she listened to him, saw him, and made him feel like the most important man in the room. What began as a search for a single pair of dress pants turned into a full wardrobe refresh, complete with everything he needed to look and feel great. Beyond her keen eye and excellent service, CoCo went above and beyond--even offering to personally deliver the altered garments to my father if he couldn't return to pick them up. She also discreetly arranged for me to pay from out of town so my dad wouldn't have to worry about a thing. My father has lived a full, rich life and deserves to enjoy the time he has left in comfort and style. Thanks to CoCo, he now has the wardrobe--and the confidence--to do just that. I highly recommend Jim's Clothing Closet. Their quality selection is impressive, but it's people like CoCo who make it a place worth remembering. But for classy, men's clothing for business, going out, or elegant lounging by the golf course you'll find good quality clothing here. We discussed colours, prices, delivery options and what I wanted written on the gift card. The delivery was the next day and went so smoothly, and with care and a cheerful driver. The flowers were so very fresh and just as we had discussed (many shades of pink, from pale to hot pink and so many different varieties of blooms). They were wrapped with care and in a great water bag & box so that the flowers arrived in perfect condition and ready for my friend to just pop into a vase from her cabinet.
