My biggest mistake to tow to this shop, and then I was stuck with him. They charge me 720 dollars and when I took the car home it was pulling dangerously to right. At home I took a look and front right tire was not straight, I can see it clearly turned out, while tire on left was straight. I went back to him, he said it is alignment issue, I said to him that wheel is clearly turned but he said this "Are you technical person or me" I said you are technician but I do have eyes and see it is out, just take a look for yourself. But he replied that I replaced the parts and I am done. I said I paid you, and you didn't fix it properly, just take a look. On this he said "Out of my shop!!". Yes he said this. I drove 5km to him and he wouldn't come out just to take a look. He (his name is Hyder) was extremely rude, no, rude is a very small word for his behavior, he does not have an iota of decency in him, he is raised by pigs and he is a disgrace to human race.

WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE…read more Went to purchase tires, asked if install is possible if i buy the tires, was told by Mike (owner) yes they can accomodate the installation today ONLY, within the purchase price, so bought the tires and after installation, Mike came asking to move the car out fast, i saw there was no air in one of my tires mounted on the car, tire was flat, i told Mike there itself to have tire filled with air, he became aggresive, raised his voice and said "for fuck's sake" sir i need you to move the car right now and yelled for his technician to fill up air in the tire and walked away, very unprofessional, all this needs to be checked before a customer is called and informed the car is ready, the technician was still in process of filling air im the tire, looks to be poor communication between Mike and his techician working on the car, Some customer care training is needed for the owner, clearly he doesnt know how to interact with customers He wanted me to drive my car, with flat tire and damage my rime and tire There is no proper waiting place for customers, 2 large dogs were sleeping on the sofa where customers are standing & waiting, no place to park cars to wait for your turn. Advan Tires!! What an advan-tage!!!…read more I did quite a bit of research to find highly rated winter tires, alloy wheels and an additional set of TPS (Tire Pressure Sensors) for our SUV. I found Advan Tires on an automotive forum, and I am so glad we chose to go with them. I contacted Zinc, one of the owners, and he provided several options. I was very specific that the wheels be a perfect fit to the OEM ones, as I "did not" want hub centric rings installed. We exchanged several emails and texts since then, and Zinc was patient and very responsive. We chose to have them installed now rather than later, since there was a promotion. In addition, tire shops tend to get very busy once the temperatures starts to dip. The installation with Hunter Road Force Balance took less than 45 minutes. The wheels were a perfect fit, and I must say, they look stunning! Zinc, Hannah and JP surprised me with their fantastic customer service. They were efficient, super friendly and gracious. Zinc also made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left. What a fantastic find!
